The apartment was as described. Very clean. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Plenty of pillows and towels. Could use some pictures on the walls and a sturdier table and comfortable chairs instead of the bar stools. Quiet building.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was as described. Great westerly view to enjoy sunsets. Very spacious, very secure and great location for walking to restaurants, bars and entertainment. We stayed for almost three weeks and our host was great! Would definitely rent here again when we make it back

Our Watertown "home."

We were in Watertown for my daughter's wedding. This location was within walking distance to many of the festivities, and also close to other venues such as those at Lake Kampeska. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

Family stay in Watertown

The property was as advertised. A one bedroom apartment in downtown Watertown. The entrance and building were safe, secure, and easy to access. The apartment is fairly new and well maintained. The property is managed by a management company that is not local. We had one issue with the apartment and, although communication could have been better, it was resolved within a few hours. The appliances and amenities (towels, pillows, sheets, etc) were low end but functional. Overall, the apartment was commensurate with the price and we had a positive experience.

PROs: The apartment is clean and the building is VERY quiet, the mattress is very comfortable - which are all a HUGE benefit over most hotel accommodations in Watertown. It is nice to have a full kitchen to cook in - again another HUGE benefit over a minifridge and microwave! It is a secure building and all you need is a code pass to enter the building and the unit. The sense of safety was a nice change from a typical hotel stay. Also - there is a full size washer and dryer IN THE UNIT that is free to use. CONs: The shower curtain rod fell down and I had a hard time figuring out how to get it back up. The bedside clock is super bright (I covered it with a washcloth and could still read the time just fine). There were no extra trash bags for the kitchen trash, and only one dishwasher pack. I wasn't crazy about the microfiber bedsheets. If I stay again I will be sure to bring cotton bedsheets, extra kitchen trash bags and dishwasher packets. Overall, I would stay again and would be willing to pay the extra money to avoid the regular hotel options in town.

Nice apartment

Very clean property with all amenities. There is a full kitchen with anything you might need. Living room very comfortable and full washer dryer. Location is great, downtown within walking distance of restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again.
