This motel is getting run down - no shampoo in the bathroom, elevator didn't work, no breakfast, etc. Ice machine was on the second floor. Staff were not at their desk and had to be paged.

Conveniently located to I81. Room was clean and a nice size so was the bathroom. Elevator was out of order to getting to the second floor was by the stairs. We were well treated and could check in early. No breakfast but very close to breakfast restaurants. Would recommend

The location is good, you can walk to a restaurant. BUT... The building is in bad shape very poorly maintained. The inside front door is badly broken, The elevator is broken. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. We really couldn't sleep well because of the smell. Even though we really needed sleep, we couldn't take it any longer. Trying to sleep was just too difficult. We left by 3 AM. My wife slept with her clothes on as she was nervous about what might be lurking in the room. We were skeeved out. The room heating cooling unit was always making a rattling sound as well. Jim

This place is disgusting. There is brown liquid literally dripping down the walls in the lobby. Elevator was out of service, it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, the room was filthy and had stains on the comforter and looked like someone had been laying on it, there was black hair all over the bathroom, rust, and dirt. There were also very sketchy people clearly living in the hotel. We left immediately and were denied a refund.

Very helpful staff. They are renovating some areas, but there is no construction debris lying around like you usually see with hotel renovations. Room was clean. Everything was in good working condition. Lots of hot water. Extra blanket in the closet if needed, which is rare these days. There were decent toiletries in the bathroom, which was nice since I left mine in the car & didn't feel like going back out. I do like that the place is pet-friendly for folks traveling with a pet, but the only downside was there was a dog in a nearby room that barked for about 10 minutes straight late at night & woke us up. We will stay again when in the area.

The whole hotel has a very strong, cheap scent. It’s very overwhelming. Staff was not present at the desk at check in or check out, we had to ring a bell and wait for them to come. During check out we rang the bell and were addressed by someone through a ring camera behind the desk who essentially just shouted check-out instructions at us. This building needs a serious renovation, it’s outdated by 40years minimum — The reason for my score is based on our bed having an obviously dirty pillow case and fitted sheet. Our comforter did not have a comforter cover but two flat sheets wrapped around it — the shower looked dirty, the shower faucet was complicated and water took a fair amount of time to get warm. I’ve stayed in a decent amount of cheap hotels and have managed my expectations however the dirty sheets and overall lack of effort at the desk is unacceptable.

The room was relatively clean except for the stains on the sheets and the leftover soap with hair on it that was from previous Visitors and leftover shampoo. It was gross.. There was no hot water. I left the water run for 6 minutes and it only got Luke warm.. so no shower for me. I left at approximately 7am rang the bell for service but no one showed up so I left.
