"The room was clean and spacious. Showers are nice. Getting towels was not good experience. 1: There are no signs about shortages, no mention of reusing towels. So after the first night- Housekeeping didn't bring them. Went to the desk for them 2 nights and the guy was rude and mouthy. First night said there wasn't enough towels for everyone. Second time shook his head at me when he seen me coming towards the desk and said I'm gonna run them out of towels! Like we're paying customers. Why are saying anything to me like that... I should have towels in my room."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and it is located in a great location with a lot of stores close by. My only complaint would be that the mattress was a little hard for us."
