「Clean room and side entrance doors and hallways doors are locked so more security then I normally see. I will be back」

「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「When we have an early flight, we always book near the airport the night before. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room with comfortable beds and great pillows. They didn’t skimp on the bedding here. There was also complimentary coffee and juice and water 24/7plus a small snack bar. The airport shuttle was on time and the driver friendly and helpful even at 5 am. We will definitely book here again. 」
