While the room facilities and cleanliness were great, the breakfast at the 5th-floor terrace restaurant was truly the highlight of my stay. Do these places ever get inspected by Expedia? I understand that I probably paid a 'no refund' rate in advance, but is that enforceable in these circumstances? I would not even give it one star. AH"
