「Our room was nice but the phone never worked the whole time we were there and I told them several times. There was no rubber mat in the shower or no Safety bars to hold on to i would Strongly suggest you install them My mother is 86 and was scared to take a shower I asked for a mat They had none. 「Pictures were deceiving. No tiki bar no bartender for the other bar three nights. Four different people at front desk told different stories. No housekeeping and the site or staff did not tell us. Had to go down to housekeeping to get coffee each day. Wanted me to pay another $169 when checking out and was not the case. So many things wrong. First am supposed to have breakfast and we had to get going and not ready.」
