"Everything was great. Except for the lady that checked us in on Friday night. She was not at the desk, and there was no way to call someone. She never smiled, or made an expression or said thankyou. Like a rude statue. Everyone else I interacted with at the hotel was very polite and helpful. We got a downstairs room, right by the pool, and we had a lot of fun. Everything we needed was close by. We will stay again. Even if grumpy is at the desk."

"The host was very responsive to our questions. The facility is very comfortable with one of the best stocked kitchens I have had to use. Very nice lodging."

"Hot tub was luke warm and the jets didnt work. Pool was tiny and 4ft shallow, kind of pointless. Hard mattress. Parking was odd, had to come in to find out they give a free passcode for the parking kiosk. Buzzing a/c unit. "Upgraded" my room at check in to one with a view of the adjacent rooftop and a brick wall. That was crap..... Friendly helpful staff. Lots of towels and wash stuff."

"Really believed this place had a pool. My 5 year old was crushed that it did not. The pictures online show a pool so we didnt look on expedia"
