“Sean was such a lovely host and the school house was stunning, the garden was such a treat to wake up to. Bus stop was a 3 minute walk and easy peasy to get around. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone curious about Ascot!”

“The cottage is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with relaxing views over the pond and backdrop of birdsong. Although next door to the main house it feels very private, we were made welcome by the owners but then left to enjoy the week. The walking was excellent, so many footpaths and routes to choose from and straight from the door. It is a very pretty area. Within half hour drive we visited Petworth, Parham, Arundel Museum and did a dusk safari at Knepp. We would definitely return.”

“Although we enjoyed our stay at the Dairy it should not be advertised as 4 guests in one bedroom there is only one double bed and this was disappointing. The traffic was very noisy and the road was too dangerous for walking. ”

“We didn’t realize that the property was one of four in a row. We thought it was an individual building so that was very disappointing. Also, the pictures make the unit look a lot a lot bigger than it is and it is right by the road and right by the stables, which when we were, there wasn’t too bad but I would imagine in the summer. They’re gonna smell pretty bad.”

“Keed's Barn was perfect for a few days relaxing in the country side! The barn itself is beautiful, it had everything you would need and is so comfortable. The kitchen is so well equipped for a rental and we were really impressed with how much was supplied.The barn felt remote and peaceful but was also very close to lots of shops, pubs and amenities.Sophie's communication was great and instructions on getting into the barn were very clear! Would highly recommend a visit and we are already……
