“Great location and staff”

“We were pleasantly surprised by our room. The floors were clean. The bed was clean. Everything smelled good even in the hallway. There were no noisy neighbors and the balcony overlooking the water was peaceful and beautiful. We loved getting visits from the geese and the beautiful swan. I would absolutely stay there again.”

“Clean, decent breakfasr”

“Nice hotel, comfortable bed. No complimentary breakfast. The Kleenex in our room had just 1 tissue in it. ”

“It is very convenient to eat and shopping around, but the room is very old, the bed and furniture are old, and the room smells bad, and the Wi-Fi is not good.”

“The staff was very attentive. Izak was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was very accommodating to some special needs. I didn't appreciate having to sign up for the Hilton honors to get access to the wifi. Overall a good stay and would stay there again and would feel comfortable recommending to others”

“Hotel and room nice and clean as per Hampton Inn as usual, no issues. Only issue was the lady at check-in, seemingly no idea how to talk to customers, not social at all. Not the first impression one wants upon entering a hotel.”

“The Woman Housekeeper with the green 💅, helped me a little more than front desk service, I will say if you are staying more towards the pool area it is far from the lobby I drove to the lobby was quicker , overall I will be staying here again once it’s warmer ! They should also inform their Guests that the phones are unplugged. And should also inform Guests breakfast Hours just incase they might not know but overall 6.5/10 .”

“Sleeping soundly”

“Terrible . We find a leftover fish in the microwave and a hoodie in the bathroom . Not to mention unclean tub and rug. You deserve something better .I Sleep without shower and with my clothes on.”

“Our room was definitely in poor condition. I had to remove plastic wrapping and a used razor from the shower floor. You can contract a bunch of dieses that way. The lady at the Roulette table was very rude to us because we had never played the game before. She mumbled something under her breath and rolled her eyes. As for the gym I was on the treadmill and when I shut it off and went to get off and the belt kept running and I fell off and hit my whole right side. Of my body. Your equipment……
