Lovely townhouse truly was lovely!

My family and I stayed here for a few days and all left with a wonderful impression! The townhouse was very cute and spacious. The beds were all comfortable, and the house was clean. Carlos was very responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely stay here again!

Lovely townhouse is really lovely!

We stayed while visiting our son over the Thanksgiving holiday. The space gave us all plenty of room to be comfortable and still together. Very comfortable furniture, very comfortable bedding and mattresses. We've stayed at quite a few rentals and this was definitely one of the best!

Nice property in quiet residential area

This property actually lives up to the expectation. It’s not often that you get exactly what’s advertised, but in this case the property delivers. The property is very well kept and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious and conveniently located to local eateries. If I had to make one recommendation to the host, I would suggest having a TV in all bedrooms.

Very clean and comfortable!

The first thing we noticed when we opened the door was the clean, fresh smell. The townhouse was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. We literally only used it to sleep and shower as we had a very busy graduation weekend but it was perfect for our family of five. The only suggestion I would have is to bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner as there was none in the master bath. There was some shampoo and conditioner in the guest bathroom but the bath wash container was empty. Small inconvenience but for the price we paid I would have thought that would have been provided. Aside from that all was great! Would stay here again :)

The place was okay. The smoke alarms went off and there was no smoke. The microwave door was coming apart. The trash can was full of trash and smelled bad. The comforter in the master bedroom was stained with blood.

Perfect Townhouse

The layout was perfect. The laundry room was locked but I messaged the host and he unlocked it remotely. My only complaint was the lack of supplies in the kitchen. There weren’t many towels but once he unlocked the laundry room, I found a bunch in the dryer.

It was ok

Small things such as no shampoo, Kleenex, etc, minimum # towels. We also had to leave a day early, but did not get any refund or partial refund. During booking we had to either give $1500 to host and hope he would be honest and give it back, or buy insurance for $50+, we bought insurance. We have never been forced to do that before. Host fee was much higher than I normally see. This time we were very limited on time to book or I would have found a place with less extra fees.

Great for Auburn Gameday

Stayed here with some friends for a weekend in Auburn and the place was awesome. The neighborhood is fantastic and the place is as advertised. I would highly recommend booking this place with Carlos.
