Great place

Property was just as advertised and steps from Lake Waverly out the front door. Conveniently located for day trips but far enough away from the city and traffic. Air return was a little loud for tv viewing but house had everything we needed and beds were great!

Lake Waverly

If you want a nice get away with a beautiful lake view with your family this is a great choice. The house was clean and neat and organized. They had all the necessities. Its also nice to not be soo over populated, and fish right out the back door.

Relaxed, recharged while enjoying a great view!!!

Absolutely loved our time here. The view out to the lake is absolutely phenomenal. Sitting on one of the multiple deck/patio options while reading and listening to the kids play in the shallow water and light waves crashing was just the relaxation I needed! The home was very clean and well organized. And the neighbors SO kind and hospitable! Even giving us a tour of the beautiful lake!! Thank you so much Minnesota. We will be back!!

Family Friendly Cottage!

We stayed five nights at Waters edge retreat with our daughter and her husband and their two children ages six and two. The accommodations were perfect! The cottage was recently updated and spotless! It had ample room for our group, including laundry. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, spices, extra paper, towel, etc. Dishes and pots and pans were all in beautiful condition! There is no zero entry into the lake, but it is very shallow near shore and we had no problem swimming there with the six-year-old. The two-year-old wasn’t interested lol. There is also a large sandy beach and public park just a couple minutes away if you have real young children. The responsiveness of management was excellent and we even met the very kind owner. We highly recommend!

This was a perfect, quiet lake home for a family girl's weekend! We loved both the indoor and outdoor spaces. It was accessible and relaxing. The house had everything we needed. The communication and services of the host were fantastic! We'd happily return!

Loved the property. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The lake was just a short walk out the door. The only complaint I have is the weather was rainy and overcast until our last day.

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Fotos und Beschreibungen, ist ruhig und liegt direkt am See. Innen ist alles super und sehr gemütlich. Leider waren die Fenster nicht sauber (Vogelkacke, Insekten, etc.) und geputzt, stattdessen die Rolläden runtergelassen und das bei so einer tollen Aussicht. Der Außenbereich war leider schmutzig und musste selbstständig sauber gemacht werden. Die Außenstühle sind in die Jahre gekommen und splitteranfällig. Ein Sonnenschirm konnte (auch auf Nachfrage nicht) gefunden und besorgt werden. Schade.
