The Bremer House is absolutely beautifully designed, stocked and maintained for group stays. I can't say enough good things about this place. Our family has stayed here twice for large gatherings and it's been ideal to give everyone a place to sleep and stay.

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO homes and this is the nicest of any we have stayed at. The owner has thought of everything. Plenty of towels, plenty of all supplies, and even a container of personal items you might have forgotten. This property is beautifully decorated and roomy enough to enjoy togetherness or alone time. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything about this place was just perfect! It was really 5 star accommodations all the way! Towels, linen, furniture, tv’s, all top of the line! My wife and I and the rest of the family could not find one thing wrong with this home and our stay here.

This is a fabulous house…beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could think of to host a large group for holidays, girls weekends, parties, weddings, you name it! Fabulous furniture, fully stocked kitchen, even a full-sized JBL speaker in the party-ready garage! Don’t think twice…it’s that good!

We celebrated our family Christmas with our 3 kids and their spouses and our 3 grandbabies. The home had absolutely everything you could ever need and more. we had plenty of room and comfortable bedrooms for all. We came from out of state to spend a few days with family in our former hometown. We loved it so much we will definitely book again!!

Our group of seven friends from high school have been doing a girls weekend for the last 15 years. This was our first time staying at the Bremer house and we will definitely be back. Spacious, beautiful home. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Beautifully decorated with a nice outdoor area. The beds, and linens were super comfortable, plenty of towels and extra toiletries in case you forgot anything. Cindi the hostess was wonderful to work with. Very easy checking in and out. My friends and I couldn’t say enough about this house.

We loved our stay. It was the perfect landing spot during our daughter’s wedding weekend. Our family enjoyed the game area in the basement. The spaciousness allowed us to not feel like we were on top of each other. The garage and outdoor area provided the ideal space for us to gather before the big day. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this house. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

We stayed at this lovely home in a very nice small Iowa town for 3 nights. From the moment we walked in we were impressed, the home is clean, well-equipped, beautifully finished, and just a great place to spend some time with family. We were visiting local colleges and Waverly is centrally located for several schools. The host/owner was a great communicator and had thought of almost everything to make our stay comfortable. We have stayed at VRBOs all over the world and this is honestly one of our favorites of all-time. It was winter, so we didn't get to enjoy the garage space or outdoor features, but all are nicely equipped! Movie nights on the giant screen downstairs are a must! A+ to this rental!

I booked for my wife and friends. Upon arrival I was getting messaged how beautiful this property is. They commented on how comfortable the beds were, and how they wished they’d of booked a longer stay. You could tell that it was well managed . Based on their experience, we will be booking getaways in the future at this location.

I booked this house for the bridal party in a recent wedding I was in and it was perfect. The house far exceeded expectations. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the second level was like its own hotel equipped with coffee maker and two giant vanities with mirrors in each room. The kitchen area also had plenty of room for the hair and makeup artists to do their thing the day of. Only thing I would recommend is an extra mirror in the basement bathroom/bedroom. It's the only one without the large vanity setup, and makes getting ready a bit difficult with more than one person trying to share the mirror above the bathroom sink.
