“Host was polite and friendly and overall clean. However property had 8 burnt out light bulbs and missing one bulb on dining room fixture, living room couch furniture was damaged due to prior attendee animal chewing on arm rests, outside front door light fixture had so many dead bugs that light was severely compromised, ensuite bathtub was slick due to lack of foot safety grit so that it was not safe for shower usage and guest bath had no stopper for tub. Issues appear to be lack of maintenance……
