"The staff make the difference! The staff her were not inviting or pleasant. The room was very outdated and the pillows were FLAT! The common areas seem updated but the rooms were not at all! Our room had a balcony door that lead to a two story drop! It was sealed shut by a wooden block screwed to the floor to prevent it from opening. "
