「Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them」

「overall it was good, need to work on the cleaness part, looks average considering the cost. Receration area need some small repairs. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, great location and good food.」

「Hill Tree Inn was a very pleasant stay. The resort is relatively new and very well maintained. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was good however not really multi cuisine as advertised. The spa was very good as well. The offer of free wifi at the Inn is misleading as there was no wifi at all. I gather the availability is very poor at best and was not available the whole time we were there. All staff was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.」

「The rooms are fantastic and a minor gripe is that the pools were not heated. The morning breakfast and dinner were chaotic. There is no coordination and the restaurant staff was overwhelmed. We pay the high room costs for the most relaxing experience but chaos at morning and dinner leaves much to be desired. The spa is good and in-room dining service is good. 」
