「The resort needs maintenance and a bit of readiness when new guests are coming in. The staff and the kitchen staff are very nice and helpful.」

「It was off season and there was some annual maintenance going on - it has to happen sometime - but the hotel manager and staff had made every effort to minimize this and to more than compensate. If you wanted a fully equipped gym you might have been disappointed but if you wanted to stay in a simply beautiful property - and we were delighted in all respects from room, food, amenities, activities, and location this place is it. 「Really good resort, with the major positive being the property itself — you’ve got the backwaters and the beach on hotel property, and getting around is as easy as walking or calling for a buggy to transport you. Staff is also really warm and take great care of you. My two major complaints are: 1) food — there needs to be some more variety, and they need to add salt!!!! 2) some of the villas had older/dated plumbing hardware, so the faucets leaked or the shower wouldn’t really get a lot of...
