Everything about the resort was excellent: food, staff, spa, rooms. Could not ask for a better base from which to explore Trivandrum. After the businesses of the city coming home to the quiet of the area was perfect.

Staff was amazing. So gracious and responsive. Tripti at the reception really helped out when my daughter was not feeling well and was ever helpful. Saritha, Vishnu and Anamika were amazing with house keeping and took care of all our needs.

Very poor and expensive food at their restaurants. It was horrible and they do not know how to prepare local food including veg and non veg. We had to find other restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner. They need to get some good cooks/chef from Kerala if they want to provide good service to their customers

The property grounds and staff were fantastic. Views of the ocean were great. Food (especially dine in) was not good except the breakfast which was very good. My wife ordered a margarita at the outdoor bar area and it tasted pre-mixed and was not good
