Received the access code 2.5 hours after rental started and was driving from MI so was panicking because not much communication and after asking yet again for code it took over an 1.5 hours for her to give it. "We enjoyed our stay at “Ruthie’s Place”! The home was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The hosts provided all the information we needed for a smooth check in and out, in addition to great local information and restaurant recommendations. The location was convenient to everything we needed to do in Waycross. We will definitely book this rental when returning to the area!"

"We had a great stay! The house had plenty of room and all the furnishings were new! The house was in a perfect location. It was convenient to shopping, dining, the bait store, and the Satilla River."

"This is a recently updated house that was very comfortable for our family gathering. The host lives on premises (separate structure) and was very responsive when we asked for supplies like trash bags. Every rental house varies as to the things that are provided by the host. In this case I would bring what you need and want. I think this is a newer listing, so maybe over time the types of items provided will increase. We would stay there again. "

"I enjoyed the stay but the trash can was full when we arrived so we did have to leave 2 trash bags at the trash can in the kitchen. Everything else was great."

"If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life then this is the place. Very private with lots of wildlife. The property manager was very accommodating. Check in was easy. We didn’t get a chance to use all of the amenities, but we would love to come back and do so."

Was told they were cleaning and lost track of time so house wouldn’t have been ready by 4pm (check in) Got there and my husband wouldn’t even let me get out of the car, we have kids and just had a bad feeling about all of it. Bad area, next street over appeared to be a drug deal, was told just because one person was doing that doesn’t mean it’s a bad area/ Neighborhood . Overall, RUN! Ended up having to rent 2 hotel rooms in a panic last minute after driving 15 hours with 3 kids, and arriving after 8:30 pm ..disappointed by the false advertisement. I will refrain from posting area pictures of respect to protect the address. I will make sure the artist that hosted the event and had us is aware for his next events to use caution and make his fans aware. "

"It was awesome and amazing. We will be back. The staff were very friendly. The only thing I was disappointed about was the carpet. It had a bad smell but I made it work with a plug in. The toilet was a little loose from the floor. But overall our experience was great. "
