「It is obvious that the pictures in the listing were many years old. This unit was dirty and run down. The shower/tub had mold. The towel holder was ripped off the wall and sitting on the floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell to the bathroom. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the door. I had to use the clean towels to fill in the gapping holes in window because the air conditioner was held in place with failing duct tape. It got down to 39 degrees one of the nights I slept there....

「Not clean or well kept. Thin walls.」

「Staff were helpful and the bed was clean and comfortable」

「First off, it is not even in the same building as listed in the photo. There was a homeless person sleeping on the steps outside the building. The interior is MUCH SMALLER than the pictures you see. The furnishings are not as they are in the pictures. We were there 2 minutes and turned around to find another place to stay. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! This place is a joke! Horrible.」

「This really was a cozy apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures. Jennifer was very receptive to our questions about places to visit. Check-in and out directions were very clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed out time in the Finger Lakes and being able to come "home" at night to this apartment made it very comfortable.」

「Very close to restaurants and art house movie theater. Parking was secure. Apartment was very comfortable and roomy.」

「Apartment was bright and spacious with everything a traveler would need. I especially appreciated the laundry supplies so I didn't have to purchase anything for just one load. Bed and furniture was comfortable and the place was nice and quiet. It was great to have an elevator. Apartment was clean except that the closet with the washing machine was pretty cluttered and dusty. Would stay here again.」

「The property was very nice, and communication with host was super easy!」

「Terrific location in downtown Geneva NY. Walking distance to the lake, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Comfortable king size beds, nice linens, well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. Big screen smart TVs, open air balcony with seating. Highly recommended.」

「The place was nice a cost like the description says. The host was extremely helpful and very responsive」

「We enjoyed our stay. The property is Beautiful! I wish I could have stayed longer. The laundry inside the luxury loft was an added bonus. The staff offered great assistance. It was convenient to nearby shops. I would recommend this property to everyone. I’d love to stay again!」
