“Solo trip to visit my son at Miami University. Pleasant, cozy, had everything I needed - Easy to regulate the heat, open some windows to let a breeze in, etc. Downstairs visitors came and went and while I heard some of their movements or talking, none was bothersome at all. Quiet in the evenings and mornings. Beautiful setting on a hillside farm with goats in a pen that you can visit. The main house is also on the property and while friendly, the people coming and going kept to themselves. So……

“The cottage was very clean and neat. Great for 3 travelers, to me it would be a bit tight for 4. If you are staying for a long period of time and plan on cooking, take your spices. Everything worked well, close to where our conference was. The neighbors in the alley could possibly keep their properties a bit more tidy. To a single female, the alley could be intimidating. Over grown trees and weeds. The property owner has no control over this issue, but to some people it would be a deterrent in……

“10/10 perfect property! The price was excellent and the hosts daughter and her daughter really turned it all into a blessing. Our trip started off horrible but they really turned things around for us. The house is perfectly decorated and has enough space for a standard wheelchair.”
