「Great place to stay」

「We absolutely loved our stay here… it’s the perfect cottage for a small family to enjoy their time in surrounding areas. Cottage is up on a mountain and we were there in June and it was 10 degrees cooler than in town! Cottage is well maintained and has all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. We will be back!!!」

「The place was cute and exactly as described. When we arrived, it was horribly musty smelling. We had to open all the doors and windows and turn on the fans. There were gnats in the kitchen area and the bathroom, dust bunnies in multiple places, and a missing smoke detector. The yard had not been mowed recently and was unpleasant to walk through to the creek. There was a fire pit with yard chairs stacked on top. No firewood in sight. At the total price of $241 for one night, we were disappointed.」

Lovely host, felt like home away from home, great vibe, decor, location, neighborhood, safety, beauty - had it all. We didn’t want to leave.」

My son came up late on the 24th as he ended up having car trouble coming across the mountain. The morning of the 25th the host noticed we were having a problem and offered...

「Daniel was very accommodating on last minute changes to our reservation (our fault) Pricing was very affordable. The location was good for a nice drive off the beaten path to Gatlinburg, clean towels, linens and plenty of hot water. Thanks for opening your home to us.」
