Waynesville Hotel with Pool

"The room was nice and spacious. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection on breakfast. The pool was warm. The hot tub was nice but needed more water. Everything close by and walking distance."

"Room had a dirty towel left in the bathroom and the room smelled bad. Breakfast was horrible, will not stay there again. We have stayed at a lot of Comfort Inn hotels and they are usually nice but not this one. "

"Walked into the pool with music loud rap, cursing. Went to tell front desk, they came and said something to guest, but guest did not turn it off. I went a second time to ask the front desk to ask them again. It was so uncomfortable because he had no idea why he had to turn his music off. Finally, after he did and left another guest did ask if she could play music and I told her please no we will be leaving soon. There was a dog barking in 2 rooms close to me, so I had to ask to be moved. The beds were on something metal and every time you moved you heard it.
