Our Cottontail Cabin is perfect for families or groups seeking a cozy getaway, offering a delightful blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy plenty of indoor activities to keep everyone of all ages in your group busy during your stay! Going old school back to the 80s when times were simple and Ms. PacMan, Galaga & Dig Dug ruled. See who still has what it takes to beat the top score in our Ms PacMan arcade! For those that prefer more hands on games, we have a 4 person Ping Pong table and Foosball! Maybe some in your group prefer quiet activities, we have board games, books and streaming TV service on all TVs to relax in one of our three common areas.

You won't want to spend all of your time indoors, as the real reason for your trip is likely the fresh mountain air! Just outside the basement door, you will enjoy a 6 person covered Hot Tub in front of a custom mural by a local artist and the breathtaking 180-degree views of the Plot Balsam Range. S'mores, ghost stories and a nice glass of wine with your family surrounding the outdoor Firepit with Adirondack chairs. The morning views from the deck are perfect to start your day with a fresh cup of coffee while relaxing on the outdoor couches. For dinner, you will be able to play grillmaster with a gas grill and outdoor dining table to enjoy your feast. Don't forget your furry friends, as we are pet friendly and have a small fenced in yard!

Our goal is for the hot tub to be available for our guests, but there is no refund for mechanical issues that prevent hot tub usage.

Guest to pay additional $150 pet fee per stay and may not exceed 50 lbs, must be at least 1 years of age and must be spayed or neutered.
