“Amazing location with easy access to shopping and food, great value, amazing responsive host who is very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone trying to stay in the greater KC area ”

“Very nice space!”

“Great house for not wanting to stay directly in the city. But also super easy to get to everything around downtown Kansas City as well”

“This townhome was great for our family as we explored Overland Park. Nice walking path nearby too. Would recommend again.”

“It was a nice place with plenty of space to enjoy. Didn’t see a dish washing utensil with the dish soap so we used the paper towel. Other than that, nice kitchenette for preparing small meals or snacks. Could use a few glasses for juice, wine or anything else. Plenty of coffee cups and good coffees. Overall a good experience.”

“Very nice.”

“A charming, quiet respite tucked nicely away in a beautiful country setting, just a hop, skip, and a jump from dining and entertainment should you even want to leave! The peaceful morning sounds of farm animals makes for a lovely backdrop for morning coffee/tea and homemade cinnamon rolls. Take a stroll through the manicured gardens and flower beds, then relax in the comfortable privacy of a farm style cottage. The hosts who are on site are wonderful and attentive! You’ll not be disappointed!!”

“We really enjoyed our time in this home. Our group of ten women gathered in this home for a prayer summit and had plenty of room to hang out or spread out. We had some issues which were addressed as soon as we alerted the owner. We greatly appreciated the quick responses to our needs. The beds were comfortable and most were King size which we loved. Putting the towels on the beds was appreciated as well. Having different coffee pods was a huge hit. Blessings on your future rentals.”

“The property was overall a great stay clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was seamless. We did notice a smell during our stay, which we communicated to the property owner, and they were responsive. It didn’t take away too much from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Would still recommend!”

“Unassuming quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and shopping close enough to walk. You will find open space and large old trees that provide brilliant shade in the summer. The house is fantastic. Fresh, clean, well cared for and with subtle touches that make a rental feel like home. Well-stocked, conversational decor, and perfect for relaxing in the living room or getting time to yourself in the bedrooms.Exceptionally communicative and kind owners. If you work with mobility issues, this……
