We were in town for 3 nights for our son’s wedding. We had no problems finding the house and found it very convenient to Weatherford. Nice and quiet and we loved the animals. The house was absolutely beautiful. Well appointed. Natural wooden beams and tree trunks for columns. We loved the ranch/horse decor and lovely pictures. The kitchen was excellent as were each of the bedrooms and the 2 baths. Lori was very helpful and accessible. She even alerted us to the tornado sirens at 11pm. We huddled in the master bath till the winds died down. As we had other family in town, our house served as the meeting point. The house easily accommodated the 4 in our party. I doubt I will be that way again but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Hey Lori, has the mama goat given birth yet??? Hate we missed seeing the newest member of the ranch.

Escape from the cold

It was our 2nd time staying here. We love the area and the ease of the location! Home is equipped with anything you need! Our dogs love the front yard for getting fresh air!

In the country

Its location was perfect. Away from the noise and traffic but close enough to run to town. Host was wonderful. Laurie took care of all our needs promptly.

Thanks for providing a place for our extended family to gather for a wedding "reunion". There was outdoor space for children to play and indoor space to be able to gather in one room.

Great Experience!

We were in town for our son’s wedding, and we could not have asked for a better experience! We enjoyed the comfort of the home, including the spacious porch & yard, which my dogs loved! Lori is such a kind & welcoming host - readily available, very helpful! We look forward to hopefully staying there again!

Bridal house

My sisters and I stayed here the weekend of my wedding. The house was very clean and Lori was very accommodating when we had my rehearsal dinner there. I will say we were a bit taken by surprise when we showed up and realized the owners were living in an apartment in the house with nothing but a door separating them from us. They were very quiet and we had no problems at all, it just threw us off a little. Other than that, beautiful home and the owners were amazing.

Wonderful Experience!

My family stayed here for two weeks. The house was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. Lori was very attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location is ideally situated in a lovely rural neighborhood, but still close to the highway and all of the amenities of Weatherford.

Exactly what we needed!

We were so happy to be close to the venue where my son go married and appreciated that our family could be together in a house instead of at a hotel. The house has a great atmosphere and was very comfortable and clean and the beds were great! The porch was perfect for morning coffee! Lori thought of everything to make us more comfortable!

Wedding weekend

We were there for my son’s wedding at dove vineyard. We had all our kids under one roof for the weekend and if you are a parent with grown kids that live far away, it was heaven. The home was so comfy and allowed my family to spend our down time enjoying each others company. It was priceless. Highly recommend this place. The owner was so sweet and very inviting. We plan on making this our go to for the next event in the Dallas area.

40th surprise party

I rented this for the weekend for my husbands surprise party. The property was beautiful, well-kept, and very comfortable/homey. The owners were very nice, accommodating, and have thought of everything you may need while staying here. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone. I will be booking in the future.

Exactly what we needed...

We've stayed in our fair share of nice VRBOs but this one tops the list. We had family in from all over the country to spend Easter and Spring Break with my MIL. My wife has a large family and during all the times we had guests (up to 20 at a time) we never felt cramped. And then when everyone left, you feel right at home. I'm sure we will be back. Immaculate Home

This home is wonderful. There was plenty of room for our family gathering. At one point we had 15 people there and everyone was comfortable and at ease. I cooked a Thanksgiving type meal and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything I needed. The house is beautifully decorated and not a speck of dust on anything! We travel in these type accommodations several times a year and this is definitely one of the best ones we stayed at. Lori was very communicative and addressed any questions immediately. We will look to stay here again for sure.

Wedding party fun

We put up our wedding party here and couldn’t have found a better place to stay!! It was local to the brooks at Weatherford. Easy to get to, quiet and large enough to house 8 grown adults. When others came by no one was cramped up. When we checked in fresh cookies were baked and the host was AMAZING!! The pictures of the property do not do justice to how big and beautiful the house is!! Would stay again and again. I even recommended it to the wedding planner and the brooks in general!! If you are unsure because it looks small I can guarantee it is not!! Wonderful, exceptional, and amazing!! Counting down for the next time we book when all our friends come back!!
