I pulled the sheets off of the bed to inspect for bedbugsupon arrival as I do in every hotel and found the mattresses completely stained up and gross. The sheets look like they had been slept in. There was supposed to be Wi-Fi, but it never was accessible therefore the Roku TV didn’t work and I couldn’t access emails or any data. The shower had pink mildew on the shower curtain. If I had had any other choice, I would’ve gone somewhere else.

Checked in and they gave me a room that had not been cleaned no sheets on the bed with trash all over the floor. gave me another room, could tell this room had not been kept up either the fridge would not close and there was no phone to contact the office. on top of that every day i had to take my key back to the office cause it rest every night.. the staff acted like they could care less about my stay or that i was inconvenienced by having to get the key reset every day.
