「could not get into the cabin, the gate was locked and I walked around the gate and the cabin was locked called host and texted host no response did the AI on you website did help called you help support center twice and waited 45 minutes both times and was hung up on. I want a refund as soon as possible. This was a very disappointing booking.」

「Very nice, cozy cabin. Beautiful setting in the woods. We really appreciated the central air and well-stocked kitchen. The BBQ worked well, however needs to be cleaned. A scrub brush was provided so we could clean it ourselves, but it was old and did not work well. For over 400 per night, I was surprised that we were required to strip the beds and bring the sheets down to the washing machine. 」
