「So going in I knew that there was not going to be any hot water and still I stayed. I was told at the front desk that I would be getting 20% discount. Since I had paid with Expedia I would have to get it back from them. When I called they said no I had to get it from Super 8. Needless to say it’s a classic he said she said and I know I will not see my discount. We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t not make the bed between the 2. Some of the furniture was so stained up we were afraid to sit down....

「This place is a dump. The ground-level door bolt didn’t lock leaving me feeling uneasy. There was long black hair in the bed sheets. No morning coffee as promised. Room walls were so dirty and the tub looked like it was 90 years old and stained. Spend an extra $50 and get a nicer place so you can sleep in peace! 」

「There is no hot water, no Wi-Fi, and early check-in is not possible. You must check in at 3 o'clock.」
