We contacted the host, who gave us a garage code that also didn’t work. They said they would send someone out. We noticed the garage door release cord already pulled, allowing manual access, which made us believe they were aware the keypad batteries were dead. We went to the store to buy replacement batteries ourselves. It took an hour & a half for someone from……
