「This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response」

「Great rental property located in the center of The Villages. Comfortable furniture and bed. This is our sixth time visiting The Villages. We had a wonderful time golfing at the executive courses, dancing to the music at Brownstone and Sumter Landing squares. Enjoyed each day investigating so many activities. So much fun. 「As a family, we have stayed in many villas in the Orlando area over 3 decades. This is one of my favourite and best experiences. The house had a lovely vibe and was well presented. The size and quality of the pool was great. The estate was well managed and immaculately kept. The house was extremely well equipped with all sorts of things you don't normally expect. 「This house was the perfect place for my family and I to stay in while visiting family in Zephyrhills! It can be a bit tricky getting out of the driveway since this house sits on a busier road, but it’s completely doable. The pool in the back was just icing on the cake! My kids enjoyed it immensely! The entire pool area is enclosed in a screened porch making it so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We will definitely look to stay here again!」

「For this stay it was my mom, dad, fiance and my dog. We all absolutely loved this home and its amenities! The home was very clean and felt welcoming.
