「We paid but decided we could not stay at the house.The house featured uneven floor transitions presenting a trip hazard. The two story house has bedrooms upstairs and the only bathroom downstairs, the stairs are narrow with short treads posing another trip hazard for elderly people and were too risky for my wife to traverse.We chose to suffer financial loss rather than accept the risk of a fall.The landlord is a very courteous person and the property was clean and kept up in other respects....

「Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. 」
