「This property worked out really well for 10-12 of us to celebrate a nephew's graduation at Rollins College. Lots of bathroom space helped! Shower pressure was fantastic--noted by several of us independently. The large 2nd floor patio made a great outdoor living space. 「10/10!The moment we walked in this house we felt at home. I am a huge clean freak and will say this home was so clean and welcoming. There was so much space and the rooms were huge. The neighborhood was very family friendly and clean. We ended up picking this home because we went to Universal and Disney and it was so close to both as well as the airport. Great communication with Doug, bummer UCF didn’t win this time. Everything we needed was available, and sitting in the Gazebo at night was awesome!
