「Wonderful, open, spacious feel of a "camp" on the water, with all the amenities of your normal house!Beautiful view, and absolutely no noise, with great privacy!Bring anything you'll need for your stay, because you will not want to leave while you are there! (but if you forgot anything...Dollar General is a stone's throw on the main road!) Gas station close by, and Bobber's Bar and Grill, right on the main road.Loved the kayaking and swimming!We will be back!」

「This was a lovely, well stocked house in a beautiful location. I would definitely stay here again. The only mentionable con was the downstairs master bed was not very comfortable and extremely noisy anytime you made the slightest movement. My spouse and I ended up sleeping in separate bedrooms as a result. Luckily, there were multiple beds so it was an easy adjustment. Again, I’d stay here again despite the bed. Our family had a great getaway! 」

「We have a huge blended family with 6 kids. Our oldest is getting married and the 2nd oldest is headed to college soon so, we planned a last minute family trip before the chaos begins. This place had it all. The view of the lake was gorgeous, the house was very clean with comfortable beds, and the hosts are so attentive and wonderful. If we weren’t fishing right off the attached docks, we were sitting around the campfire roasting marshmallows. Marina was only a couple seconds down the road....

「The place was great. We are a family of five, and had more than enough room. The large covered deck area on the lakeside was fantastic, and the additional paddle boards and kayaks were a nice bonus. The first floor is an open living/kitchen area, and there is a laundry room and full bath in the very back. The second floor has three full bedrooms, small living area and full bath. One of the rooms has a trundle bed, and the living room couch is a pull out bed. Lastly the top floor is the master...

「We really enjoyed our stay at Almost Heaven. It was clean and comfortable and very relaxing. The views were beautiful from every room, and the screened porch was perfect for reading a book and napping. We brought our boat, and the boathouse was nice and accessible. We hope to come back soon!」

「Great place to stay on the lake. Very little traffic in cove and calm water. Plenty of room in the house for 10 people. Highly recommend and will look to stay here again if we come back to the area.」
