“Our stay was amazing!! The house has been updated beautifully and the pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. The lake view is breathtaking from the house, and the private dock is a little slice of heaven! Our property manager was so nice and helpful. We’re from CA and stayed for the weekend to go to Talladega. The only thing we were not expecting were the scorpions! There were 10 (we counted) LIVE scorpions on the first floor that we found our first night there, and found many more dead……

“This place was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon. My husband and I went just the two of us, and it is so much better in person! Gorgeous views, 10/10 host, unforgettable experience. We paddle boarded for the first time (something we would’ve never done without the option here) and have now fallen in love with it. We can’t wait to come back with our kids. “Brian was very responsive. Perfect host! We had a fabulous time. Lake access was an easy walk, slightly down the hill. The lake was refreshing to take a swim, kayak, and float. Fishing was nice too. Our Vrbo neighbors stayed at Let’s Go Fishing rental, next to the Captain Bob’s Lake house; we shared the yard with them and they were nice.
