"Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication."

"This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. "This was the best and most comfortable motel I have ever stayed in during my years of extensive travel in regional Australia. The room was immaculate, bright lit with natural light, the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom new, the facilities complete. The staff were warm, kind and extremely helpful. I had a meal delivered from the local soldiers club directly to my room and the quality of this was outstanding. I’ve never left a review before but was so taken by this experience I felt it was necessary to do so. I will go out of my way to stay here again. "
