“I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. While I understood the price was budget-friendly, the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. The room was poorly maintained with torn curtains and an incredibly dirty AC unit. Furthermore, the amenities advertised, like the pool, do not match the current state of the property. “The landscape is being worked on and some trip hazards exits. The room was clean but the shower & bath was questionable. Someone's shampoo bottle was left in the shower which indicated it had not been totally cleaned. There is no in room coffee maker so you must go to the Continental breakfast for coffee and/or cereal.”
