Comfortable apartment house "Seeblick", 5 storeys. In the resort, in a central, sunny position, 50 m from the lake. In the house: lift, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking at the house, public parking 200 m extra. Grocery, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 50 m, 50 m. Cable car 2 km, ski lift 5 km, slopes 5 km, ski school 5 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vierwaldstättersee. Hiking paths: Rigi.
"Apartment 10", 3-room apartment 97 m2 on 2nd floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with cable TV. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Shower/WC. Balcony 9 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.

Such a great place to stay. Right on lake Lucerne with beautiful views. Quiet apart from the frequent church bells. Close to tourist information hub, ferry, restaurants and cable car up Mt Rigi. We even jumped in the lake for a refreshing swim. Loved being able to cook a few meals here to help with the holiday budget.

Great Location

The apartment is in a great location, looking out over Lake Luzern and the Weggis ferry station. The apartment itself is a little worn but it was clean and everything worked. The bathtub/shower walls are several inches higher than those on tubs in the U.S., so folks with leg mobility limitations will have to be careful - it's a bigger step-over.Overall, we were very satisfied with the apartment. A definite recommendation!

Lovely apartment with great views

The apartment has wonderful views over the lake. The second toilet is really useful. The kitchen is easy to use and had everything we needed. The lounge area is a great size and comfy. Being so close to the ferry port is a great bonus.

Unbeatable location

Really beautiful homely apartment with stunning lake views- ideal location within Weggis and the larger area. Apartment had everything you could need. Right by bus stop, ferry terminal and a couple of minutes walk to a bakery and Volg market (or about 10 minutes to the larger Migros and Coop). Perfect location for sightseeing in the local area and day trips further afield- we had a Swiss Travel Pass and it was very easy to connect from Weggis to rail services from Luzern via boat or bus to Kussnacht for onward trains. Being able to choose both a boat across lake or take the cable car/ cog railway up the Rigi from our doorstep was a highlight of the trip! It was always lovely to return to the apartment and enjoy a drink on the balcony overlooking the beautiful sunsets over the lake. A number of nice restaurants dotted along the lake front so dining out also convenient. Host was always on hand for any questions. All in all can't recommend highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to return. One tip would be to provide more info on the rubbish and recycling system for non-Swiss guests as we weren't totally sure what was supposed to be recycled:) Thanks!
