This hotel had unparalleled views! We loved the location and enjoyed our stay so much. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Even in mid-September the room was a bit warm at night with an AC unit in the (large) room. The bedding also wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall solid stay!

I had a hiccup with another hotel reservation and at the last minute Hotel Romantik came to the rescue! They were closed but the manager helped and let me in via the speaker and let me in digitally! I stayed three glorious nights and I was given a complimentary lake view upgrade! This is by far such a dream location with lake and Mountain View! The riviera of Switzerland! The staff was a blessing and there was even palm trees on site! I will be back and have already shared their info!!!

This hotel was nice with very friendly and helpful staff, a convenient location right on Lake Lucerne, and (fortunately) later dining was available at a nearby restaurant for takeout. The room was a good size and the shutters helped keep light and noise out. Parking was limited and we had to use a parking garage that required cash in Swiss francs so be aware if you only have euros.

Charming old hotel with an amazing location and view. Pool and spa were great. Rooms and beds were average but that's to be expected at this price on Lake Lucerne.
