Just what we needed!
This place was so great. The past few years we have vacationed with family friends at a campground local to us. Our campground is closed this year for renovations, so we decided to go with vrbo. Our adult son has autism, so there were some specific things we were looking for, and this place was perfect for us! We appreciated having two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and the swing out back. I also loved how there is a "fence" made of trees/bushes between this yard and the neighbor. We saw lots of deer and turkeys during our stay.We spent one day at Coldwater Lake Family Park, where the beach is. The description of this property, "within walking distance to Coldwater Lake" is accurate, but the beach is much further and I feel like it requires a vehicle. If you like hand-dipped ice cream, we highly recommend Cool Dip Ice Cream! Super yummy and gigantic portions.We did have a minor issue with the fridge, and talked to Malissa (who was so kind!) and she was going to have someone look at it. Overall 5 out of 5, and we can see ourselves staying here again if it is available!
