「Staff at Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite were responsive and accommodating during my 2-day stay. They promptly addressed overnight power issues, and management comped a room upgrade as a goodwill gesture. The team's helpfulness stood out, consistent with the property's strong staff ratings.」

「Every thing about this hotel too to bottom was great. The pool. The bar. The staff. The room. The food. The security. All excellent.
A bit far for Osu and major attractions but good otherwise.」
