Beautiful, bright 3-room apartment in a central location on the 2nd floor with lift.

Quietly situated to the rear on a cul-de-sac. Covered balcony with beautiful wide view, also to the Tüllinger Berg. 2 separate bedrooms, 1 single room and 1 double room, 1 living/dining room with pull-out double sofa bed, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, WLAN, TV,

dishwasher, bathroom and shower with WC, washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. Reserved free car park on the property. 10 m to the lift.

Underground car park on request. Shopping facilities, bus stop (Basel, Lörrach) in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants in the house, non-smoking flat. Suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The accommodation offers a balcony with a beautiful view of the nearby vineyards and the Tüllinger Berg.

Nearby recommendations include Freiburg, Basel, the spa resorts around Badenweiler, the Vitra Design Museum and the nearby hiking trail, the wine route to Freiburg, the border triangle, the Vosges mountains and the white water park. Furthermore, the property boasts a central location close to a tennis court, a bus stop, a tram stop with connections to Basel and 15 km from the airport.

A parking space is available on the property.

Rundum zufrieden

Die Übergabe mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin verlief sehr unkompliziert. Der Haus eigene Parkplatz sowie der Fahrstuhl waren praktisch. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.
