“This hostel is very good. The receptionist was here til midnight and he is very helpful. The room is bigger than we thought and it is comfortable. Warm water for the shared shower is not enough at night when everyone wants to take a shower. May need to wait a little bit longer, but the bathroom is tidy. The kitchen is quite small, but equipped which is very good. Free biscuits and drinks are plus!”

“At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens……
