"The property was located steps from the Belvedere Palace and across the street from a train station. Lots of restaurants in the area within walking distance and several lovely cafes. The property was impeccably maintained and stocked very well. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Stayed here in May 2025 and it was a very pleasant experience. Location is great as you’re right across from the main train station giving you access to not only trains, but also the u-bahn (metro/underground). The staff was very friendly, the check in process was easy, and our room was very spacious and modern. There are plenty of options for food, however I must say that the restaurants in the plaza were not open at all during our time there. There’s an Aldi nearby and plenty of food locations inside the train station. Absolutely recommend to stay here!"

"This hotel is a gem! My wife and I were thrilled with all aspects of our stay. The service orientation of the staff is fantastic! We received a wonderful greeting upon arrival by Amadea and Leon. Hozan was excellent throughout our stay, Alex was wonderful in the restaurant. Our room was very comfortable and very clean! The heart of Vienna, lined with sidewalk cafes, cathedrals and shops, was literally within a 5-minute walk. Highly recommended! "
