"Location, location, location. If you're attending the Laconia Motorcycle Rally, Weirs Beach Motel and Cottages is great. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, rally events, etc. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was very clean and Carrie tries to accommodate everyone's wishes. This is our second time staying here and we'll be back again."

"Finally, for over 30 years, myself my son and 7-8 of my closest friend's have called Father’s Day wWeekend our annual fishing trip. It happens to be on the tail-end of Bike-week. "Nice gardens and gazebo. Convenient to a number of restaurants, and especially to Weirs Beach, where the train and Mt Washington boat leave from. Room was updated, WiFi was very good. Bathroom was tiny but clean. A very cute motel. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was great that we could walk across the street to the beach and enjoy the amenities of the Akwa Marina and Beach Club. The house was set up well and had AC throughout. We would definitely stay there again as it had a New England rustic charm."

"We just got home from a wonderful stay at Akwa Marina. The townhouse was very clean and well equipped with beautiful views of the lake and a short walk to the yacht club. We took advantage of the pool, hot tub, guest dock, restaurant and bar. It was a fun, family friendly atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also, our kids were able to walk to Weirs beach to play at the arcades and explore the shops. We will be back."
