"It was my second time stayed Ramitha villa, nice location near bus teminal, beach, train station, grocery store. Owner is so nice and helpful, it was great experience staying there :) "

"Nice place but not worth the money. The 3 bedroom suite is below the rooftop to which the other guests have access, so they walk through your outdoor area to get up there. You do not get the whole villa, there are two bedrooms that are rented out as well as the suite. The staff are however very friendly and the breakfast was great, and location also very good, right on the beach. The villa needs a fresh coat of paint but is very beautiful, feels Moroccan! If the price was lower I would recommend...

"You will be asked to pay again onsite! Owner claims this site doesn’t pay her. Our choice was find a new place to stay or pay cash. Overall the stay was acceptable. "Extremely welcoming and generous owners. Nice (not fancy) accommodations, only 3 min walk to beach but more like 15 min to center of very crowded surf zone. Great spot if you're looking for someplace inexpensive and with a kitchen. One downside is the hostel next door plays deep bass music, but seemed to quit by 10pm or so."

"Beautiful location surrounded by stunning nature, with amazing rooms and a breakfast of a very high standard. However, the grounds and overall maintenance do not reflect the level expected from a Relais & Châteaux or Michelin Key property. There were dry leaves and weeds throughout the territory, and several trees appeared infested or dying. For such a large estate, there should clearly be more gardeners and stronger attention to maintenance and cleanliness. The lunch and dinner offerings were also disappointing considering the prices charged. At this level, the quality should match the cost. In particular, dishes prepared with raw tuna were served with the fish appearing brown rather than bright red or pink. As a cook myself, I know this indicates oxidation and a lack of freshness. I was also surprised that the concierge sent me an unsolicited bill via WhatsApp the night before checkout while I was still relaxing and my departure was only the following morning. At high-end properties, the guest experience is usually handled in a far more seamless and discreet manner. I have stayed at several Relais & Châteaux hotels before, and unfortunately this was among the weakest experiences in terms of service and guest handling. I would recommend taking inspiration from the Constance hotel group, particularly Prince Maurice, which understands luxury hospitality and guest relations at a much higher standard."
