Niagara Luxury - Warm, Cozy and Clean Suite Stay

The property is a two bedroom, one bathroom house that can accommodate up to 6 people. Very clean and new. Two smart television. One in the master's bedroom and one in the living area. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed while the other bedroom has a day bed that can turn into a king size bed. A pull out couch that turns into a queen sized bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils and dinning wares.

For the beach lover, we recommend Crystal beach or lake erie or lake side park beach, port dalhousie, both on the shores on lake Ontario and both on Saint Catherines, Ontario on all only 30 mins by car.
Enjoy boating , jet boating, incredible fishing , world class rowing 25-28 minutes drive.

Saturated with flies. Probably lone instance thru negligent cleaning surface. Little tardy on trying to fix. Otherwise probably would have been fine. Left 2 days early (from 7 day reservation) to avoid flies. Don’t care about compensation but probably should have been offered.

Convenient location and spacious accomodation

Basement unit of house with 2 other units above, not entire home as described in listing. Damp and musty smelling, dehumidifier needed. Spacious, nicely renovated, well planned unit with large kitchen stocked with basic items. Great location a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood. However the unit and property requires care/upkeep and the cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. Property manager responsive and if maintenance improved would be a nice unit.

Pretty decent property. Could use a dehumidifier since it is in lower level of home. Second bedroom could use a ceiling fan as it was hot in there even with air on. Overall a good property.

Minor issues at check-in was quickly corrected with great owner communication. Short drive to the falls but remote enough to minimize tourist feel. Beautiful drive through wine country to tourist attractions. Thanks!

Niagra stop

The property was well laid out. It was obvious care was taken in its planning. I wish we had known it was a basement space. We're all very tall, over six feet, and it felt a little tight due to the low ceilings.

Place is perfect. Already thinking about coming with my two boys this summer. Clean, big room, wifi’s, TV with the specialized Chanel. Need to contact the owner one’s and got answer right away. Great place to stay and use as a home base

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying here. It’s in a great spot, short drives to all we wanted to do. Everything was clean, worked well, and was very comfortable. Communication by the owners was excellent, giving us all the info we needed for getting there, checking in, and leaving. Top notch place, we’d go again.

Mom & daughter visits family in the Niagara region during COVID-19.

We were both impressed with the photos depicting the apartment, everything new & clean. Great location, close to most of my family members & to all amenities. The rental was reasonably priced as we chose to stay somewhere other than a hotel, and this place gave us more privacy. We appreciated the outside sensor light when we would get back quite late & it was dark. We purchased a few groceries in order to enjoy leisurely breakfasts in & have my morning coffee (s) thanks to the available Keurig. The only suggestion that I would make is to replace the pillows in the grey bedroom. They are showing their age. But besides this little glitch, everything was great. We would stay there again & recommend it to others. Thanks Julie & Lauren Ottawa - July 2020

Spectacular experience

My family and I traveled to Canada for our very first time to visit the Niagara Falls. When we came upon this property we couldn’t believe the price how affordable it was and how nice the home was for that price. I have to say this home exceeded our expectations. Loved the hospitality! It was sparkling clean and so well decorated. We honestly felt like we were in our own home. After we left the home my wife noticed that she had forgotten her wedding rings in one of the bed rooms when we contacted the owner he was very responsive and was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this property! Will most definitely be coming back and staying here when visiting Canada.
