「First of all, Kay was absolutely lovely and was so flexible with some of our travel mess ups and delays. Thank you Kay! Second - have been to Cotswolds several times, I would say this is one of the best locations as far as being out but in - it was literally minutes down the road from Stratford and then driving to other towns was very convenient. 「The property was better than described. The facilities were ideal and extensive, especially the swimming pool. It was just what we needed for a rainy weekend away with ages ranging from 5 to 70. All the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms had good showers and plenty of hot water. The kitchen/family room worked really well meaning we could all be together. Stephanie replied quickly to any queries and was very helpful. We would definitely return.」

「Lovely property, just the right size. Perfect location for strolling into town for shopping, restaurants etc. Plush bath & hand towels, well equipped kitchen. Could have provided small body wash lotions, shampoo and conditioners in the bathroom for guest use, but that’s a more minor point. A couple of plates & mugs were already chipped prior to our arrival, so that should be looked after better, prior to guest arrival. Didn’t communicate with the property manager, so gave a 1 star rating there」
