Nestled in a peaceful, wooded setting just a short walk from the shimmering shoreline, this stylish contemporary retreat easily accommodates up to six guests. Whether you are spending your days playing in the sand, grilling in the private backyard, or exploring nearby Wellfleet, this inviting property offers the perfect blend of coastal relaxation and homey convenience.

    The light-filled, open-concept main level was built for effortless togetherness, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, food processor, and lobster pot for memorable summer feasts. Flow seamlessly from the comfortable living and dining spaces out onto the sun-drenched deck, or step into the quiet backyard to sizzle up dinner on the gas grill. Designed with accessibility and comfort in mind, the main floor primary suite includes a luxurious king bed, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower handrail and seating. A convenient main-level half bath and full laundry facilities make daily routines a breeze.

    Upstairs, two additional light-filled bedrooms provide quiet sanctuaries for everyone in your group. One features a queen bed, while the third room offers two twin beds, dedicated air conditioning, and a cozy bonus sitting nook with a recliner—perfect for sinking into a good book. Complete with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, driveway parking for three cars, and a welcoming pet-friendly policy, this Indian Neck getaway is ready to host your next classic beach vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this property with our young children! It was actually much more spacious than it looked and we were even able to have the grandparents come visit during our week stay too! It’s a short walk to the beach - a beautiful beach I should add! This property is close to everything we love about the Cape and was everything we were looking for!

Cozy cottage

Overall was an okay experience. Steve was helpful. He gave us the hose for anti-mosquito spay that I had to use the first day since we were greeted by the mosquito army. 9:00am Check-out time is uncomfortable. Master bedroom had a trace of marijuana smell when we came. Cleaners only cleaned inside, not the deck. House is quite lovely and well-designed for its size. It is located in a lovely area with a short (5-7 min) walk to the small local beach and 3 min drive to the Indian Neck beach. If looking for a private setting, look elsewhere. House is cramped between the two other houses one of which is occupied by the owner Steve. We got lucky with the other house being empty for the most of our stay. It is overpriced for what it is. Still, we enjoyed beautiful Wellfleet and proximity of Provincetown, there are many great eating places short drive away. If you don’t mind mosquitoes and lack of privacy, it still can be your cottage. We will be looking for different one next time.

Great Week in Wellfleet
