The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and had a lot of local information. It was great to have a kitchen, which had everything you need, to make your own food. Very easy transport links (bus stop right outside the hotel) and a good location; very close to bars, restaurants and shops. Very cheap accommodation, very good value for money - I would highly recommend this hotel.

Suitable for single men. Can party in the big rooms. Not suitable for families or anyone that needs to get a good night sleep. Location - Great. It's the only thing it has going for it.

Some things didn’t work (jug, broken fan knob) economic so not too fussy and a brilliant location with bus stop outside the door, amazing book shops, lots of eateries and easy walk to everywhere. Hard to find staff. Comfortable bed, good shower, clean.

Perfect location to Cuba and Courtenay, all necessities met for an overnight stay. Spacious room. Can't complain about pokey bathroom considering all other locations were more expensive with a shared bathroom. Suited perfectly for a Sat night out on the town.

A very good location right the heart of Wellington CBD Don't expect to get a 5 star Hotel as this is budget accommodation inside an office block, I found it comfortable and would definitely stay again

A very basic room without any window, inside an old building. Air exhaust of the building was noisy all the time like flying in an aircraft. Small Bathroom and kitchenette/ fridge adequate and clean, also very minimalistic. Clean sheets but floors not clean and sticky, can’t have been vacuumed let alone washed for a long time. Gaps between floorboards full of dirt. Would not stay again. Location very handy and central, bus stop opposite building, easy to walk everywhere.

Despite what others say about this property we did not have a negative experience. The staff were kind, they allowed us to check in early. Our room was tidy, the shower was nice. Only issue we faced was no windows. The beds were presented nicely and comfortable. The sink was clean. All around a nice cheap hotel.

The property is in a good central location. Check in process good. I booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 as the noise from the other occupants was terrible... started about 8pm and continued on and off all night... swearing and playing loud music... then one male at 3am yelling and barking like a dog and yelling F**K the world etc. When i left early i told the man at reception that i was booked for 2 nights but leaving he said "ok" ... no asking why so thought I'd give my reasons here

It was lovely and quiet. A cheap room with all you need. I liked the community area and wasn't aware I could cook so that was a bonus for next time. Squeaky floors but an old building. It suited me fine and location was close to what I want
