Cityscape Apartment

We are in Wadestown, 5 min drive from CBD & close to all Wellington's key adventures - the Stadium, Parliament, Zealandia & Ferries.
Executive level Apt with 2 bedrooms, private entrance, full services and outdoor living. Public transport is 4 houses away. Your home away from home is new, high quality and private. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation or work with ease.
2 bedroom, office corner, semi-ensuite, walk in wardrobe, full kitchen, dining table, lounge, central heating, smart TV, wifi, laundry. The master bedroom has ensuite access to the bathroom. Not a lot of space for a port-a cot, so the apartment may not suit young families. A 40 sq mtr fully covered deck with outdoor seating and coffee table. Very private with a tall private fence.
We live above the apartment in our home (we have a complete separate entrance to your space). You will have self check in and parking is on the road close to the apartment.

What a wonderful place you have! We loved our stay. Has everything you need for short or long stays. Place was warm. Loved the decor. Beds were comfy. Great hosts. Close to town. If we were ever to be back in Wellington we would definitely stay again!

Absolutely lovely apartment with beautiful garden outlook. Everything was spotless and there were great kitchen facilities including a coffee machine and pods. We enjoyed staying over the hill from Wellington city - it enabled us to experience a new area. We traveled to and from by car, but the property is also on a bus route. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great modern apartment that meet our needs for a family of 4.owner was lovely and left out some toys and balls etc for the kids.lovely and quiet with no street noise we are rural so this was a nice surprise
