Hi Miguel, We are disappointed your stay did not meet your expectations. At Gilmer we are trying as best we can with sustainability efforts which means we aim for guests to reuse sheets and towels as often as possible. (This is detailed in each room on a photo frame) As a result our daily housekeeping will only include a restock of things in the bathroom or kitchen and we will only change towels and linen on request.
